Responsibilities:
Responsible for receipt of manual sales orders, processing Sales Order Summaries (SOS), creating and / or printing packing slips, production labels, shipping labels, creating manifests, BOL's & any other required paperwork, and inter-company invoicing all orders in a timely manner.
Ability to learn and navigate the SAP system software and push orders through the system at the appropriate times.
Maintaining Sales orders which includes updating ship and cancel dates, line-item changes and any other changes necessary.
Updating Open Orders with Address and DC Changes:
this includes re-printing orders, packing slips, manifests, labels, and any other required documentation.
Communicating with corporate to ensure orders are processed correctly, shipped on time & all appropriate paperwork is provided in the required time frame.
Ensure that all orders that were supposed to ship have been shipped and the respective ASN's have been processed.
Evaluating and processing all orders within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Communicating with the CS Supervisor on any immediate issues that need to be addressed.
Provides daily feedback to the CS Supervisor as to current open issues with each customer account.
Tracking of open orders to ensure timely delivery and timely invoicing.
Understand the process flow from how an order is received from a customer through the fulfillment of the order to the invoicing of the order.
Reduce chargebacks by understanding customer requirements, processing, maintaining and following up on customer orders in a timely manner.
Ability to handle large volumes of work while maintaining focus of customer care.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and minimum 2 years of experience in logistics Knowledgeable in SAP and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment Friendly, customer-service attitude Key words:
